Rent 24/7 is a small-equipment rental business in Jacksonville, Florida, serving Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns counties. If you have a question about anything on this page, email rob@rent247.net or call 1-904-422-1273.
When you book or reserve a machine, we ask for your name, your company if you have one, your email address, your mobile number, the machine and dates you want, your county, and a job-site address if you want the machine delivered. We use this to fulfil the rental and to reach you if something about it changes.
Like most websites, ours records some technical detail on every visit:
We use this to run and secure the site, to understand which machines people are looking at, and to know when someone is on the site so we can be ready to answer. An IP address only ever points to a town or a provider, never to a street address, and we do not try to identify anyone from it.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
We advertise online through AppLovin. Their measurement code runs on our pages and tells them when a page was viewed and when a booking was submitted, so we can see whether an ad actually produced work.
When you submit a booking, we also pass your email address and mobile number to AppLovin in hashed form. Hashing turns them into a one-way scrambled code that cannot be read or turned back into your details; it is used only to match you to an advert you may have seen. We do not send your name, your address, or anything about the machine you rented, and we do not sell your personal information.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
Cloudflare hosts this website. Our email provider delivers the booking notification to us. Beyond the advertising and payment partners named above, we do not share your information with anyone, unless we are legally required to.
We keep booking records as ordinary business records of the rental. Visit logs are short-lived and used for security and traffic. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we need to keep the record of an actual rental.
Email rob@rent247.net and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. As a Florida resident you also have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and we will honour a request whatever state you are in.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. Renting equipment requires a valid driver licence.
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date at the top.
